Digital Background

Justin is MD of newly formed Leadability. After 12 years of experience as a school teacher Justin became a Senior Lecturer in innovative application of technology to support learning. He was responsible for a national team of lecturers & entrepreneurs exploring the developing science of how to successfully digitise the learning experience. Since setting up his own business he focussed on the practical application of learning psychology, & was part of a community of world leaders in Brain-Friendly Learning, Accelerated Learning & neuroscience. Layering in Applied Psychology he continued to be on the front edge of learning technology,  supporting the development of Social Network Analysis software & partnered with Humanyse, an MIT start-up exploring use of wearable monitors to illuminate business culture. More recently he’s returned to digital learning & is creating well received e-courses designed to motivate & provide insight, not merely increase knowledge.
