Are you facing role or job changes? If you're feeling a bit lost & considering accepting whatever you can find then it's worth taking a moment to explore potential options. While others are settling for a Plan B - a second best, we'll explore what an Alternative Plan A - an alternative first best - could look like.
How does it work?
(1) Digital Activity
Each module starts with a digital activity. This will help you to explore your thinking on your own.
(2) Coaching Element
Once the digital element is completed you are encouraged to find someone who could coach you on the content you've just finished. This doesn't need to be a formal 'coach' - just a friend who you can talk it through with. Each module contains a downloadable coaching guide to help them ask useful questions.
We are happy to offer coaching for you or you can find someone for yourself.
How long will it take?
The digital part of each section will take around 30-45 minutes to complete. The coaching element will be around the same sort of time.
We do suggest at least a few days for reflection between each module.
Cost?
Nothing. The entire course is offered for free because we want to help people thrive during these challenging times.
And there is one thing we'll ask of you. At the end of Section 3, if you're finding the course useful, we'll ask you for up a personal introductions to someone that you believe will be good for us to meet. For example this can be an old colleague or a friend.
We'll be very clear with you how we'll respond to the introductions & you'll be free to decline if you're uncomfortable about it.
How do I get access?
To access the activities in the programme you need a password. The password for the first three modules is the same. Get it sent to you by email using the registration below.
The purpose of this registration is to provide us with a way of tracking how many people are accessing this programme. We may in the future drop you a single email which will invite you to subscribe to something else we're providing. At that point, if we don't hear back from you we'll remove you entirely from our database. We will not share or use this email for any other purpose.
